Our technology specifically caters to each user's style preferences, sizes, and overall personality to help ensure that you love every package more than the last.
Each box includes 2 clothing items per month and can be a combination of pieces, such as a hoodie and pants, or a button-up and a sweater.
Keep in mind that you may not necessarily receive a complete outfit every single month, as you will be getting items that are meant to help build out a wardrobe and help you elevate your style!

Instead of wasting time sorting through rack after rack of clothes at the mall, our specialized algorithm sends you curated pieces every month. We also work closely with our brands to get you discounts that are not always available online! With Trendy Butler, you no longer need to go to a traditional tailor to get the pieces that are best for your style and fit!
Our subscription is priced at $65 per month (recurring) with no styling fee. Everything is yours to keep and returns/exchanges are included!
We’re fortunate enough to have great members posting on our Facebook and Instagram pages about their experiences with TB. We also have a small selection of influencers on YouTube doing honest unboxings of their monthly selections. Influencers only receive product and are encouraged to send feedback. Take a look online for more insight!
We carry a variety of sizes and are constantly looking to add to our selections. Currently, we offer size Small through XXL in tops and 29 through 44 in the waist. Inseam sizes can range from 30 to 36.
We partner closely with a variety of exciting brands including and not limited to Eleven Paris, Civil Society, Tailor Vintage, Stitch’s Jeans, Zanerobe, WeSC, Superdry, Antony Morato, and so many more! We’re always adding new brands to provide the best quality items for your monthly boxes.
While we don’t currently guarantee specific item requests, we do our best to accommodate these based on availability. You can always let our customer support team members know of your request and we can notate your account for you.
One of the benefits of joining Trendy Butler is access to our SHOP which allows you to make individual purchases outside of your regularly scheduled monthly boxes. This can include bags, shoes, and other accessories. Sign up today to check it out!
Your account will be charged on the day you place your order and the same date following that month. So if you signed up on January 1st, you would see a charge on the first of every month.
Sales tax is added to the $65 charge dependent on the laws of the city/state you reside in. CALIFORNIA USERS, please be aware that you will be charged sales tax on all orders.
We currently ship to all states in the US. Please note that at this time, we do not ship abroad or to Canada. We are working to expand our shipping services so keep an eye out for future updates!
You should receive your monthly box of new clothes within 2-3 weeks from when you are charged. This includes the time to pick your items, pack your box, and have it ship and arrive at the shipping address on file.
*Please keep in mind that shipping times are estimates and subject to shipping volumes. We may experience delays during busy times of the year.
Not to worry! If something doesn’t fit or just isn’t your style, we will happily offer free returns/exchanges for all active members subject to our Terms which we encourage you to review. Just shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the following information:
Please also note, all items must still be in the unworn condition in which they arrived, with tags still attached. This means no animal fur, fragrance odors, stains, markings, or excessive wrinkles.
One of our customer support team members will then follow-up with a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as an RMA Form to be enclosed with the items you are returning. Once our warehouse processes your items as received, the feedback will be used to adjust your Style Profile and Trendy Butler will include your exchange items in the next monthly box.
While we do not offer refunds for items you’d like to return, we do offer a no-hassle, free exchange for all active members! Since our platform is designed to learn more about your style and preferences over time, we encourage you to take full advantage of our free exchange service.
Absolutely! While we’d be saddened to see you go, you can easily cancel or pause your subscription for any reason by signing in to your Trendy Butler account.
Simply go to your Dashboard and in the upper right-hand corner click the profile icon, click on Subscription, and here you’ll notice the option to manage your subscription.
Please note, if you cancel your subscription after your monthly box charge, this does not automatically cancel the box order. You will need to contact us at email@example.com to see if we can cancel the upcoming box order for you.
