We are a diverse men's apparel subscription service, that gives members $150+ worth of men's clothes for $65 per month.
Our technology personally caters to each user's style preferences, sizes, and overall personality, to help ensure that you love each package more than the last.

Each package includes 2 clothing items per month, and can be a combination of pieces (such as a hoodie and pants, or a button up and a sweater).

Keep in mind that you may not necessarily receive a complete outfit every single month, as you will be getting items that are meant to help build out a wardrobe and help you elevate your style!

If we don’t currently carry your size, please send an email to support@trendybutler.com including your height, waist, and top size! The more information we have, the better we can curate more options!

We only ship within the United States at this time, but shoot us an email at bellhop@trendybutler.com if you’d like us to ship to your country in the future!

You should receive your package of new clothes within 2-3 weeks from when you are charged. This includes the time to pick your items (we want to make sure you’re getting the perfect clothes to fit your style), pack your box, and have it ship and arrive to you.

*Please keep in mind that shipping times are estimates, and are subject to shipping volumes and may experience delays during busy times of the year.

Not to worry! If something doesn't fit or just isn't your style, we happily offer free returns/exchanges for all members. Just shoot us an email at support@trendybutler.com, and let us know the following:

1) Which items you are wanting to return, and from what box (please keep in mind we can only process exchanges for items received in the last 60 days)

2) The reason(s) you are wanting to exchange those items, so any necessary feedback can be used to adjust and improve your Style Profile

All items must be still in the unworn condition in which they arrived, with tags still attached
(No animal fur, fragrance, stains, markings, excessive wrinkles)

We will follow up with a pre-paid return label, as well as an RMA form to be enclosed with the items you are returning. Once we receive your items, your feedback will be used to adjust your style profile and Trendy Butler will include your exchange items in your next package.

While we do not offer refunds for items you’d like to return, we do offer a no-hassle free exchange for all active members! Please refer to our FAQ on exchanges here .

Since our platform is designed to learn more about your style and preferences over time, we encourage you to take full advantage of our free exchanges service.

Absolutely! While we’d hate to see you go, you can easily cancel your subscription through your online account.

Simply go to your Dashboard and click on the ‘Subscription’ tab in the upper right hand corner, and from your Subscription page, you can cancel (or simply pause) your subscription at any time, for any reason.

When canceling, please feel free to provide any feedback you have regarding your decision to cancel, or with your overall experience - we always want to know what we can do better!

Instead of wasting time sorting through rack after rack of clothes at the mall, our specialized algorithm sends you curated pieces every month. We also work with our brands closely to get you discounts that are not always available online!

Unlike our styling services, our packages are only $65 a month with no styling fee. Everything is yours to keep, returns/exchanges included!

We are constantly partnering with new, exciting brands to keep sending the styles our members love. Brands we have worked with in the past have included Eleven Paris, Civil Society, Zanerobe, WeSC, and Superdry!

You can make notes on your style profile for a specific style or item seen in our ads and our stylists will do their best to accommodate!

Your account will be charged on the day you placed your order and that same date the following month.

At this time, TB does not ship abroad or to Canada. We are working to expand our shipping services, so keep an eye out for the future!

We’re fortunate enough to have great members posting on our social (FB and Insta) about their experiences with TB. We also have a small selection of influencers on YouTube doing honest unboxings of their monthly selections. All only receive product and are encouraged to send feedback.
